Tang-Guo(T’ang-Kuo) Tong-Bao was minted by Emperor Yuan Zu(Li Jing) during AD 951-960. It is the Souhern Tang Kingdom of the Ten Kingdoms periods.

The character on the face of the coin is Regular Script, which is more scarce than Seal Script.
