Pan-Liang coin was minted by China Ch’in Dynasty emperor–Huang Ti, who united China as one country since AD 221. This is the first coin which can be circulated in all part of China. Besides the uniform coin, emperor Huang Ti also uniformed the Chinese written language which is still used in the 21th century in China.
This is the small Pan-Liang coins minted by Han Dynasty, which is a little samller than those Qin Dynasty coins.
