The Jinsha Site was discovered in early 2001 in the northwestern suburb of Chengdu City, in the south-west part of China. The book intended to present a general picture of the site, the site’s location, the distribution of the relics, major deposits and artifacts that have been unearthed.

The civilization of Jinsha Site is quite different from the main civilization in the central part of China more than 5000 years ago. The Jinsha Site is famous for its unique Gold artiles and Jade articles.
