The stamps issued during the Chinese People’s Revolutionary War Period are usually referred to as “stamps of liberated areas”. They were first issued in 1930 during the Agrarian Revolutionary War in the South and West Jiangxi Area. In 1932, the Central Directorate General of Soviet Posts was set up. In June, 1950, with the ending of the Chinese People’s Revolutionary War, the stamps of liberate areas accomplished their historic mission. This catalogue illustrated all the stamps and postal cards issued during 1930 to 1950, by the authority of Communist Party of China.
