BT020, Shanghai Bus Token, 1926 Issue 2.5 Cents.

Issued by “C.G.O.Co.Ltd”, the China General Omnibus Co. Ltd, which is a British invested Company. “C.G.O.Co.Ltd” is the first bus company in Shanghai. Its first line opened to public in 1922. “C.G.O.Co.Ltd” issued two set of bus tokens, the 1922 Issue, and the 1939/1940 issue. All of them are quite rare currently.

This issue was circulated for more than 18 years, until the WWII, the third issued came out.
